Spartan Matriculation Higher Secondary School,
founded in the 70s stands today as an institution of academic learning,
that can be compared with the best in Chennai, having excelled in
the fields of academics, sports and extra curricular activities, and
remains firmly committed to the cause of education, in tune with the
emerging needs of the present.
A team of highly qualified staff helps children to think, reason and
develop independent problem solving skills.
Education is a continuous process, and it must blossom from firm and
broad foundations. The aim of the school is to encourage a love for
learning among the students and inculcate in them a desire to excel

Libraries:
In addition to the main library,
we have an exclusive library for the K.G. children, to help
the children widen their horizons from a very early age. The
senior library has a plethora of books on all subjects with
a separate reference section for the +2 students and audio-visual
aids.The school also subscribes to numerous journals and magazines
for extensive reading. We strive for high standards in imparting
knowledge, within a dynamic and interactive environment, thereby
enabling our students to gain distinction and honours in their

Secondary classes. To this end, we have two well equipped Computer
Laboratories - one for Juniors and one for Seniors. The Kindergarten
children have 35 Talking Computers which help them to learn
through play. |
