A group of catholic priests started this College in 80s with a vision ahead. The effort taken by them is not wasted and the current shape of Thoothoor is an excellent example to prove this. This College is managed by the same group of priests. A women hostel is attached with this College, which is run by catholic nuns.

This College offers education in Computer, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Economics, Commerce, English, Tamil, and Malayalam. Other functioning extra-curricular activities includes NCC, NSS, Women's Club, Vincent 'D Paul Society, Sports, etc.
