Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Established in 1988. C.S.I.R (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi) Centre for Education. Affiliated to Madurai Kamraj University.

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent with PCM Candidates before appearing for qualifying exam. can also apply.

Age Limit: Age below 21 years on 1st July (24 years for SC / ST candidates) of the year of admission.

Reservation of seats: Tamil Nadu Government Reservation police Existing at the time admission is followed. Medium of instruction is English.

Selection Procedure: Selection on the basis of qualifying exam, entrance test in PCM. The test is onducted by CECRI.
