Tamilnadu Agricultural University is a leading agrotechnology provider of India and its graduates are recognized throughout the world. Though the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) came into being on June 1, 1971, it had its genesis from establishment of an Agricultural School at Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India as early as 1868 which was later relocated at Coimbatore during 1906.

The University is offering Ten Undergraduate Degree Programs and Twenty nine Postgraduate Degree Programs in 10 Colleges distributed in seven campuses all over Tamil Nadu. Besides, the university has 32 Research Stations for agrotechnology development.

Courses Offered: (i) 2-year MBM. (ii) MBA.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sc / Hort / Forestry / BVSc / BE / (Ag) with OGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 / 70% aggregate marks or second class Master's degree in Arts / Sc (Pass marks in case of SC / ST). Experience in Agricultural business is given preference.

Selection Procedure: Selection is made on the basis of entrance test, followed by group discussion / interview.
